I’ve received contracts and signed contracts. Just have to get them back to the publisher. I also spent all day yesterday reading through Tiopa Ki Lakota. Not much in the way of repairs, since it’s gone through a total professional editing (thank you, Cindy!) so it was an easy read.
Ya know . . . I think I like it. That’s saying something.
Today I’m going to slog through Warlord Metal. Maybe I’ll like it, too, once I’ve done a final run through . . . I’m not holding my breath, though.
|am the proud posessor of two copies of Tiopa ki Lakota, the first edition and the one published last year. Shall I pre-order volume three?
p.s. I have just learned how to log on to this a proud acheivment for me. I never thought I would have to turn 60 to get au fait with this new technology but I am getting ther.
A proud achievement for anybody, since you’re the first. It looks like someone else has successfully registered, as well, but they’ve yet to make a comment.
Don’t bother ordering. It goes without saying that as soon as I get the new copies one will be winging its way to you.
So great to hear this. My partner wanted to give me a copy
of Tiopa Ki Lakota for my birthday last month, but after being unable
to find a copy in print in time, she sent me a link to this page as
one of my gifts. We’ll certainly track down a copy when it’s
published.
Such a wonderful story, but I understand the surprise in your tone
when you say you think you like it. Once you’ve been to rewrite hell
and back with a story, making up with it again isn’t always easy.
I’m sorry there were no copies available for your birthday! What a bummer! I wouldn’t be surprised if your partner emailed me. I recall one last month about Tiopa.
I think Tiopa and I have made up. Finally. (Hel, I even changed my hard drive designation to ‘tiopa.’) I doubt there’ll ever be a sequel, but I can finally say that this book is a good one.
